Return Policy

We want you to love your Bombay tea candle holders. If a set isn't right for you, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the holders are unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged in transit

If a set arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Not eligible for return

Used holders (with wax or soot marks) and customised bulk orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return, and our team will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
